From Lauterbrunnen you travel via Wengen and Kleine Scheidegg to the Jungfraujoch. The rack railroad takes you from Lauterbrunnen station via Wengen to Kleine Scheidegg. An approx. 45-minute hike leads you between March and October from the Jungfraujoch over the glacier to the Mönchsjochhütte, which is located at 3657 m above sea level. The trail is well signposted and prepared. This easy hike is also suitable for children. Put on good shoes and nothing will stand in the way of your excursion into the Swiss mountains.
Jungfrau Railways cannot always guarantee transport for wheelchairs or prams arriving via Kleine Scheidegg. **In these cases, it is better to plan the departure from Grindelwald Terminal via the Eiger Glacier.
